This website (studio.rode.com) is operated by Freedman Electronics Pty Ltd, trading as RØDE Microphones (ABN 91 000 576 483), 107 Carnarvon Street, Silverwater NSW 2128, Australia. It exists solely to collect expressions of interest for the RØDECaster Studio beta programme.

2. What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form we collect:

• Name and email address — to contact you about the beta programme.
• Country / region (optional) — to help us plan launch regions.
• Whether you own a RØDECaster — to help prioritise invitations.
• Contact consent flag — whether you opted in to receive beta updates.

If you complete the optional questionnaire we also collect:

• Creator profile and publishing workflow details
• Editing goals and biggest production pain points
• Potential beta feedback participation preferences

3. How we use it

Your information is used exclusively to evaluate and manage the RØDECaster Studio beta programme — selecting participants, sending programme updates, and improving the product. We will not sell, trade, or provide your personal information to any unrelated third party.

4. Where we store it

Waitlist and questionnaire submissions are stored in managed cloud database infrastructure and transmitted using encryption in transit.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with this site. Analytics scripts are loaded only afteryou give consent via the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Essential cookies required for the site to function (such as your consent preference) may still be stored. 6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data

We keep your data for the duration of the beta programme and a reasonable period thereafter to follow up on product launches. When your data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or de-identify it.
