A new layout, Export as an editor tab, your system font, and exports that match your selection.

  • A cleaner window

    The sidebar now runs the full height of the window. On macOS the title bar is a slim overlay, and you can drag the window from the top of any screen.

  • Export lives in the editor

    Export is now the last tab on the editor's right side. It follows your transcript selection and keeps its settings when you switch tabs.

  • Exports match your selection

    Exporting a clip now gives you exactly the range you selected, not the full recording.

New

  • The welcome screen has separate Sign in and Create account buttons, with a waitlist note above them.

Improved

  • A new layout with a full-height sidebar. On macOS the title bar is now a slim overlay, and you can drag the window from the top of any screen.
  • Export is now the final tab on the editor's right side, follows your transcript selection and keeps its state when you switch tabs.
  • The app uses your system's own interface font on macOS and Windows.
  • Icons and controls stay full white instead of picking up the dimmed text colour.

Fixed

  • Exporting a selection exports the range you selected, instead of a full-length file labelled as a clip.
  • Importing a recording no longer opens a screen that is not ready yet, and only the recording you imported gets selected.
  • If the APHEX or Compellor effects can't load, they show as unavailable instead of offering controls that do nothing.
  • The composition picker closes properly and updates once access is confirmed.
